Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Our driver guide will drive you from your Nairobi area to Amboseli National Park then provide you Kenya safari details. After leaving Nairobi you will travel to Amboseli National Park where this trip will last around 4to 5 hours. During your journey you can admire the beautiful rural Kenyan landscapes and traditional Maasai settlements while catching sight of Mount Kilimanjaro on its rare appearances.

After arriving at the lodge, you will check in, have a meal and rest. Later, go for an afternoon drive on which you will encounter vast animal herds including many elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs and multiple bird species. Upon returning from the game drive, you can enjoy dinner and sleep at the lodge.

Day 2: Full day game drive in Amboseli National Park

After early morning breakfast you will drive all day through Amboseli National Park for wildlife observation. The park features both the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro and shelters wild animal species including; elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, antelopes, hyenas, and hippos.

As part of your afternoon adventure, you will enjoy your meal at an idyllic viewpoint before moving ahead on your game drive. After seeing the wildlife, you will head back to the lodge for dining and resting for the night.

Day 3: Travel to Hell’s Gate National Park, embark on a boat ride through Lake Naivasha

You will leave the lodge for Hell’s Gate National Park after having breakfast, which takes around 4 hours of driving. Hell’s Gate National Park stands out for letting visitors enjoy cycling, bike rides and walking through animal zones. During your trip while on a Kenya Safari, you can see cliffs, gorges and natural hot springs as well as zebras, giraffes and antelopes.

You will head to Lake Naivasha for both the boat ride adventure and to spot hippos and water birds. You will return to the lodge after taking the boat ride to have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Move to Lake Nakuru National Park, an afternoon wildlife viewing tour.

You will commence your journey of 2 hours to Lake Nakuru National Park right after breakfast. The park stands out for rhinos but also attracts tourists with its numerous flamingos and natural habitat of lions, leopards, giraffes, waterbucks and baboons.

You will go to the lodge for lunch, then continue with your afternoon game drive. Get exceptional lake views from the Baboon Cliff vantage point. Return to the lodge after the game drive for dinner before retiring.

Day 5: Move to Masai Mara National Reserve for an evening safari.

Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve on a 5-6 hour drive and begin your vacation experience. On the way, you will make a lunch stop in Narok town, after which you will continue to Masai Mara National Reserve.

When you arrive at the lodge, you will check in and then spend the evening riding through the park to view wild animals like elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and several kinds of predators such as lions and leopards. You will end the day by returning to the accommodations, where you will have dinner and rest.

Day 6: Full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

Have breakfast and be ready for a full day Kenya Safari (game drive) experience in Masai Mara. The reserve holds the largest wild animals in Africa, like the big five (elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalos and leopards) as well as cheetahs, hyenas and many types of antelopes and birds.

Thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River during July to October periods from Serengeti National Park to reach Masai Mara National Reserve in search for better grazing grounds.

During a wild picnic break, you will appreciate the scenic nature of the open grassland. The game drive continues after lunch until you return to the lodge for dinner and a night’s rest.

Day 7: Morning game drive and transfer back to Nairobi

You will start the last Kenya safari day by rising early to observe predators at sunrise during a morning game drive before they go back to their hiding places.

Head back to your lodge, have breakfast and check out before your journey back to Nairobi begins. You will eat lunch in Narok town before continuing to Nairobi with your driver guide taking you straight to your desired destination in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
