Day 1: Transfer from Diani Beach to Tsavo East for an afternoon game drive
A Chopper Tour and Travel representative guide will pick you up from a hotel at Diani Beach on day 1 of the safari. You will first be briefed about the safari details, and then the guide will drive you to Tsavo East. It will take approximately 3 to 4 hours to get to Tsavo East Park. Upon arrival, you will check into a lodge and have lunch after settling in. You will then head out for an afternoon game drive.
The afternoon game drive will last for about 3 to 4 hours, ending at around 6 pm. You will spot animals like lions, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, zebras, elephants, buffaloes and many more. You will conduct the afternoon game drive in the open savannahs of Tsavo East. After the game drive, the guide will transfer you back to the lodge. You will freshen up, have dinner and then retire to bed.

You will have an early morning game drive at 6 am after having breakfast at the lodge. The game drive will be conducted very early in order to see the animals rising from their habitats as they head for the hunt for what to eat. You will see many animals since the morning hours are the time when they are most active. You will spot animals like lions, zebras, elephants, giraffes, antelopes and many more. You will after getting back to the lodge.
You will have lunch at the lodge, and then the guide will transfer you from the lodge after checking out, and you will head to Nairobi.
