Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up, transfer to Tsavo East National Park and Transfer to Tsavo West National Park
Depending on your location in Nairobi or Mombasa, you will be picked up early in the morning by your driver guide, who will brief you about the Kenya safari. You will then embark on a drive to Tsavo East National Park, one of the largest parks in Kenya. Upon arrival, you will check into the park and go for a morning game drive where you will spot wildlife such as elephants, zebras, lions, giraffes, antelopes, and different bird species.
After the game drive, you will check out of Tsavo East and proceed to a lodge for lunch before heading to Tsavo West National Park. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the beautiful landscapes and wildlife. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and later go for an evening game drive, where you may spot leopards, cheetahs, buffalos and other nocturnal animals. After the game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Morning game drive, Visit Mzima Springs, Transfer back to Nairobi
On the second day, you will wake up early for a morning game drive in Tsavo West, giving you a chance to see predators such as lions, hyenas and leopards before they retire to their hiding places. You will also have the opportunity to spot elephants, rhinos, giraffes and different bird species.
After the game drive, you will visit Mzima Springs, a beautiful natural oasis that provides fresh water to Mombasa. Here, you will see hippos and crocodiles in crystal-clear waters and enjoy a guided nature walk.
Later, you will check out of the park and begin your journey back to Nairobi or Mombasa, with a stopover for lunch along the way. Upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at your preferred location, marking the end of your trip.
